By using Rapidus Share, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
Rapidus Share provides peer-to-peer file transfer capabilities, encrypted cloud storage (Cloud Links), and various browser-based document and image manipulation tools. All our document tools (PDF merge, split, annotate) and image tools operate entirely client-side.
Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use
While we utilize end-to-end encryption and therefore cannot see the contents of your files, you are strictly prohibited from using Rapidus Share to transfer:
- Illegal, copyrighted, or pirated material.
- Malware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Content that violates the rights of others, including privacy rights.
- CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) or any exploitation material.
If a cloud link or session is reported to us as containing prohibited material, we will comply with legal takedown requests by immediately terminating the session and deleting the encrypted blob from our servers, without needing to decrypt the contents.
Limitation of Liability
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of Rapidus Share.
